Want to serve on a national ALA committee? The application process for 2026-2027 national committee appointments is open through Jan. 1, 2026! National committee chairs and members are appointed annually and confirmed by the National Executive Committee to serve on a wide variety of ALA committees for you to explore. All members are eligible to apply.
We have received notice of the passing of
Kathy Szakonyi, Unit 109 in Vail, AZ.
Kathy was a long-time VAVS Representative at the Tucson Southern Medical Center.
Our Condolences to her friends and family.

PLEASE NOTE that the Phoenix dates have been changed from the original Posting.
Department Open House will be on January 3, 2026, from 11 am until 3 pm.
Please bring a dish to share.
The office will be closed December 24th and 25th for Christmas, and January 1 for
New Years Day.
ALAMIS billing will be sent out for 2026 in February.
If any changes need to be made, they must be done by December 31, 2025.
